CONNECTICUT RIVER VALLEY ORCHESTRAANNOUNCES ITS 2ND SEASON AT THE OPERA HOUSE
Fantastic classical music for everyone—that’s what the Connecticut River Valley Orchestra brings to Claremont and the surrounding area. The resident symphony at the Claremont Opera House, under the baton of beloved conductor Max Culpepper, CRVO proved in its successful inaugural season in 2009/2010 that a new orchestra can take root, and that symphonic music can entertain and be accessible to audiences of all ages and backgrounds.
Now, the Connecticut River Valley Orchestra is gearing up for an exciting second season in the superb acoustical setting of the historic Claremont Opera House. With 50-plus professional musicians, special guest soloists, delightful introductions by Stephen Langley, engaging programs, and creative staging, CRVO promises another year of concerts to enliven your spirit and enrich your soul.
The Orchestra extends thanks to its many supporters and audience members in 2009/2010 and invites all of you to another inspiring season. With your participation and the collaboration of the Claremont Opera House, CRVO is creating a musical legacy for the region.
